[glow=purple,2,300]1 cup Almonds 1 cup Atkins baking mix 1/2 tsp baking powder 1 1/2 sticks Butter, softened 1/2 cup Splenda 2 scoops Cappucino shake mix 3 eggs 1 cup flax meal 1/2 cup water 1/2 cup Atkins chocolate syrup
Heat oven to 350 degrees. Spray muffin pans with cooking spray. Process almonds in food processor till finely ground. Add baking mix, flax meal, and baking powder till combined. In large bowl, beat butter and splenda untill fluffy. Beat in shake mix, add eggs one at a time. Add shake mix and remaining ingredients to almond mixture with spatula. Bake 20 minutes.[/glow]
